Go-to-market, outsourced
Everything a GTM division does.
Without the GTM division.
Positioning, data, outbound, follow-up and help closing. The whole function, run by the person who built it, for a fraction of what the same team costs in-house.
The gap
A lead gen agency covers a third of the job.
They source, they send, they book. Then the work comes back to you at the point where revenue is actually decided. An in-house division covers the whole thing, and costs accordingly.
What you get
Six things, not one.
Positioning
Your message tested against a live market every week, not signed off once and left alone.
Data
Contacts sourced and enriched for your list, not pulled from a database your competitors also bought.
Outbound
Email, LinkedIn and phone, run together. Most meetings take between 2 and 5 touchpoints.
Follow-up
A sequence that runs after the meeting is booked, so it shows up and arrives warm.
The call
Full context on the lead before you dial. We can join the call when you want us there.
What comes after
Proposal support, post-call follow-up and account management, when your team needs it.
Clear Ring
$8K in. $60K+ out.
Clear Ring came to us running almost entirely on inbound. We built a multi-channel outbound motion across new markets, sourced high-intent data, reworked the positioning, then supported the demos and the close. We still run the account today.

The comparison
What the same function costs to build.
One SDR, someone to manage them, the data, the sequencer, and the weeks before any of it produces a meeting.
The shaded block is the ramp period. It is paid in full before it produces a single meeting.
Why we cap volume
We will not burn through your market.
Every contact you can reach is a finite resource. Most agencies treat your total addressable market as something to get through. We cap outreach at 200 to 1,000 contacts a month, per client, on purpose.
A typical lead gen agency
Tens of thousands of contacts. Your whole market, burned through in a quarter.
Lee Woodlands
200 to 1,000 contacts a month, capped on purpose. Your market is still there in a year.
How it runs
Position, listen, recalibrate.
Week one
Positioning worked out with you, signals defined, data sourced and enriched. Infrastructure and scripts built. This takes 3 days to 2 weeks.
Every week after
Multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone. Replies and objections come back to you the same week, not at the end of the quarter.
Continuously
The message gets sharpened against what the market actually said. Being at the top of your funnel every day makes us the fastest research you have.
After the meeting
The part other agencies hand back.
A booked meeting is not a result. Every client gets a sequence that runs once the meeting is confirmed, built to handle the objections we already know are coming and to raise awareness of the problem before anyone dials.
Before the call
Assets and email sequences that make the meeting show up, and show up warm.
The handover
Contact details, their site, and a summary of every interaction we have had with them.
If you want it
We join the call, support the proposal, run the follow-up and manage the account.
Capacity
Three clients at a time.
2 of 3 places open.Full go-to-market support is capped at 3 clients, because one person does the positioning and the follow-up on every account.
Be honest with yourself
This is the wrong fit if:
- You want your entire addressable market contacted in the next six months.
- You want volume, and you measure success in sends.
- You are pre product-market fit and still looking for the offer.
- You want a list handed over with no involvement from your side.
If any of those describe what you are after, there are agencies that will do it cheaper and faster than we will.
Pricing
Base plus performance.
A monthly base covers the work. The rest is tied to what closes, so we carry some of the risk with you. Minimum term is 90 days, because nothing in outbound proves itself in less.
Full go-to-market support
The whole function. Positioning through to account management. Capped at three clients.
£2,000 base, plus performance
Managed outbound
Email and LinkedIn only. We connect your accounts, write the messaging and run it. Lighter support after the handover.
from £850 a month
Who runs it
Elliott Lee
I do all the positioning, the sequencing and the post-meeting work myself, on every account. Two SDRs handle UK cold calling alongside me. That is the whole team, and it is why the client list is capped rather than grown.
Before this I was a copywriter, which is most of why the positioning work sits at the front of everything here rather than being treated as something the client sorts out first.
Questions
What people ask on the first call.
How do I know you can do what you say?
We work in a small handful of industries and offers where we have proven experience, with case studies behind it. You get week-by-week updates on activity and results, so you can see the work as it happens rather than at the end of a quarter.
What results have you achieved before?
Clients across three continents and hundreds of meetings that turned into closed recurring revenue. For Clear Ring we built a repeatable engine adding between $5K and $7K in monthly recurring revenue, which is $60K+ a year on roughly $8K of spend.
How do I know the leads will actually drive revenue?
Because we are paid on it. Every engagement carries a performance element, so we only do well when you close. That is also why we cap volume: quality of conversation is the thing that moves revenue, and quantity of sends is not.
We have been burned by an agency before. What is different here?
Micro milestones agreed before we start, and week-to-week reporting on what was done and what came back. You always know what you are paying for. Most agencies in this category will not show you that.
What if the price is outside our budget?
The comparison is not against a cheaper agency, it is against building the function internally. An SDR, a manager, the data tools and the ramp period come to $25,000+ a month before anyone books a meeting. There is also a lighter tier from £850 a month if the full engagement is more than you need right now.
How quickly do meetings start?
There is a ramp of 3 days to 2 weeks while infrastructure, data and scripts are built. Where positioning is already proven, the first meeting can land in 3 days. New markets with untested positioning take longer, and we will say so before you sign.
Two places open.
Thirty minutes. We will tell you whether this is a fit, and if it is not, who to talk to instead.
