What we collect

If you submit the form on this site we collect the name, email address, company and message you enter. We do not collect anything else through this site and we do not use advertising trackers.

Why we hold it

To reply to you and to arrange a call. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship system. Calls are booked through Calendly. Both process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years from the last contact, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will act within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
